I recently got one about a month ago from their website and was have the level 11 issue where the speaker would turn off the subs at max volume and would need to be turned down to be corrected. I reached out to Soundboks and they (Cooper from IT) said a firmware update was coming by the end of this month.

Also i had to pay an exstra 250$ on top of soundboks shipping fee, because of the package had been shipped to several other countries. Contacted soundboks about the problem, but they did not care.
